Kenyon Group, Inc. Web Site Terms of Use

1. THIS IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND KENYON GROUP INC.
This is an agreement ("Agreement") between you and Kenyon Group, Inc. ("Kenyon Group"). This Agreement governs your use of any Web site or Web page operated by Kenyon Group (each, a "Kenyon Group Web Site," and collectively, the "Kenyon Group Web Sites"). You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have attained the age of majority in the province, state or country in which you reside, and any information that you submit is correct.
KENYON GROUP OFFERS THE KENYON GROUP WEB SITE TO YOU CONDITIONED ON YOUR ACCEPTANCE WITHOUT MODIFICATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR USE OF THE KENYON GROUP WEB SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT.
2. HOW KENYON GROUP MAY MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT
Kenyon Group reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which it offers the Kenyon Group Web Site, including any charges associated with the use of the Kenyon Group Web Site. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms, conditions and notices, and any additional terms posted on any Kenyon Group Web Site. Your continued use of the Kenyon Group Web Site after the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to such changes.
3. NO COMMERCIAL, UNLAWFUL OR HARMFUL USE OF THE KENTON GROUP WEB SITES
The Kenyon Group Web Site is only for your personal use. You will not use the Kenyon Group Web Site for commercial purposes. You will not use the Kenyon Group Web Site in any way that is unlawful, or harms Kenyon Group, its affiliates, service providers and/or suppliers (each, a "Kenyon Group Party" and collectively, the "Kenyon Group Parties") or any customer of a Kenyon Group Party, as determined in Kenyon Group's sole discretion.

Kenyon Group and its suppliers do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of any information available from the Kenyon Group Web Site. Nothing contained in the Kenyon Group Web Site is intended to constitute professional advice, including but not limited to, legal advice.
5. KENYON GROUP MAKES NO WARRANTY
Kenyon Group makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the services and/or third-party services.
6. TERMINATION; ACCESS RESTRICTION
Kenyon Group may terminate this Agreement, or terminate or suspend your access to the Kenyon Group Web Site at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
