Florham Park, N.J. - July 12, 2006 - Esquire Litigation Solutions, LLC, a national provider of litigation support services, today announced the acquisition by its parent company of D-M Information Systems, Inc., a Davis, Calif.-based company that provides a wide range of litigation support solutions to law firms, in-house legal departments and government agencies.

D-M Information Systems specializes in electronic evidence processing, document scanning and coding, deposition summarizing and litigation support software sales and training. The company was founded in 1979 and employs 45 professionals.
