Atlanta, GA (February 14, 2007) - Veronis Suhler Stevenson Structured Capital, which specializes in providing debt and equity capital to middle-market media, communications, information and education companies, today announced the completion of an additional investment in Alexander Gallo Holdings, LLC, a court reporting, video services, and trial presentation company. The proceeds will be used to finance the acquisition of Legal Reprographics, Inc., a San Diego-based legal services firm offering litigation photocopying, litigation imaging, electronic discovery/hosting and graphic design. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
